Co-Founder
After years as a Change & Project Manager helping C-suite leaders deliver organisational transformation across hospitality, telecommunications, and the charity sector, Sharona made the leap to launch her own agency, one aligned with her passion for diversity and innovation in technology. As Co-Founder of Women of AI, she brings expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic program delivery to build a community that empowers women shaping the future of AI.
Sharona is committed to fostering a community that celebrates and amplifies the contributions of women driving innovation in AI, believing that diverse perspectives are essential to building technology that serves everyone.
Alongside her role at Women of AI, Sharona works closely with Heather Murray at AI For Non-Techies (AIFNT), managing speaker bookings and training programs.
Jamie-Lee
Co-Founder
With over a decade of experience supporting C-suite executives across technology, finance, and creative industries, Jamie-Lee brings strategic coordination and operational excellence to Women of AI.
As Co-Founder, she’s committed to building an inclusive future where diverse voices actively shape the development of AI. Her career has honed the skills essential for community building: strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, seamless event execution, and system design that scales.
