AI for Equity: Leading Change Beyond the Chatbot

Jenny Garrett OBE is founder and CEO of Jenny Garrett Global, a leadership development consultancy working across the UK, EMEA, APAC, and North America, with clients including NHS trusts, National Gas, and FTSE-listed financial services firms. Her AI work sits where adoption meets equity: she is co-author of AI for Equity: Creating a More Equitable Society for All (Emerald, 2026), written with her daughter Leah Sunshine, and convenes a quarterly senior roundtable on AI in the workplace, publishing white papers including “AI and the Two-Tier Workforce.” She has spoken on a House of Commons panel on AI, Defence and Responsible Power, and at a parliamentary roundtable on AI safety by design. Awarded an OBE for services to Entrepreneurship and Women in Business, her signature keynote argues that AI adoption happens at the speed of trust, not the speed of implementation.
