Oliviana Bailey is the co-founder and co-CEO of AI4ALL and Head of Content at The Next Web, where she leads content strategy for a leading European technology media platform and conference. As Women in AI Benelux Ambassador, she expanded the network to over 9,000 members and 86 volunteers in four years, demonstrating her strong community-building skills. She now focuses on educating future generations in responsible AI use and advocates for increased female representation to ensure AI addresses diverse needs and health equity.
