Hanna Radtke Bergström is a keynote speaker, Microsoft MVP in M365 Copilot and founder of AI Champions Academy, specialising in what happens when AI reaches everyday work in the energy sector. Today she trains leadership teams, internal AI champions and everyday users, so organisations get measurable value from the Copilot licences they already pay for: 1,000+ professionals trained in five countries, 381 documented Copilot use cases, many built as agents with in-house teams, and the AI at Work survey of 600+ energy professionals on what blocks AI at work. Her expertise comes from the inside: six years at Vattenfall, one of Europe’s largest energy companies, most recently as GenAI Lead for Vattenfall Heat, where she lifted daily Copilot use from 15% to 83% in six weeks in her pilot team, work that scaled across the business unit and became the BRIDGE Method and, in 2025, her own company.
