Aydan Aliyeva is an AI product leader, serial startup founder and women’s inclusion advocate who pivoted from a career in diplomacy and government into AI product strategy. She leads AI product management across four startups at GrantBite in Berlin, a Berlin-based funding intelligence platform helping European startups and SMEs win non-dilutive public funding and is a UN Women Mentor for Tech.

Fluent in six languages, Aydan speaks on making AI accessible beyond the tech industry, non-traditional routes into product leadership, and mentoring women into AI careers across Europe and Central Asia.
