AI Adoption and Change Strategist, Founder, AI Change Maker

Dajana helps leaders move beyond AI hype and make it useful in everyday work. Since founding her consultancy, AI Change Maker, two years ago, she has delivered more than 40 talks, workshops and leadership sessions to over 500 leaders and professionals, helping them identify where AI adds real value, redesign workflows and put the skills and guardrails in place for people to use it well. She draws on nearly 20 years leading international teams and change at Google — most recently as EMEA Head of Service Management — and PayPal, and now brings that operator’s perspective to senior leaders as an Adjunct Teaching Fellow at Trinity College Business School. She holds an MBA from UCD Smurfit, is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and holds the IAPP AI Governance Professional qualification, and delivers in both English and German.
