Tiana Zivkovic

AI in L&D and Corporate Transformation

Tiana Zivkovic is an economist, AI educator and entrepreneur based in Paris. She founded WorkWise Academy, which helps non-technical professionals, executives, mid-level leaders and small businesses use AI to work faster and lead better. Earlier in her career she founded and led the global AI Academy at FORVIA, where her programmes reached 150,000 people across more than 40 countries. Her teaching is hands-on and human. She builds hundreds of real-world scenarios so learners leave able to apply AI immediately, and she frames AI as a tool for mastery and leadership rather than a threat. She speaks on the economics of AI, AI adoption for non-technical leaders and AI in education. Alongside WorkWise she is building an AI Academy for the Serbian market and a learning platform for young people and schools. Her through-line: “AI suggests. Humans decide.”
