Soribel Feliz is an AI governance and technology policy expert with 15+ years of experience spanning the U.S. government, technology companies and consulting — and a decade as a U.S. diplomat before that. A former DHS AI Corps policy advisor and U.S. Senate technology policy advisor who has also led regulatory, compliance and Trust & Safety work at Meta and Microsoft, she helps organisations translate responsible AI principles, emerging regulation and AI risk into practical governance frameworks and operating models. Her work centres on AI governance as organisational infrastructure — how organisations adopt AI at scale while maintaining accountability, human oversight and trust — and extends into workforce impact and change management. She is a two-time LinkedIn Learning instructor whose AI governance courses have reached more than 20,000 learners, one of which is eligible for continuing education credit.
