Silvija Gelevski is a three-time CEO (two IT companies, one EdTech), angel investor and international AI strategy consultant who has delivered 265+ projects across 25+ countries for clients including the World Bank, EBRD, UNDP, UNICEF, OSCE, USAID, ITU and UN Women, with a 94% client return rate. She is Co-Founder of WinHarq, building custom AI agents and the VOX AI receptionist product for SMEs, and Founder of the consultancy External Lens, where she runs AI readiness diagnostics built on diagnosing before prescribing — she’ll tell a company when it doesn’t need AI. As Strategic Operations Director at Women in Tech Macedonia she co-organises WITCON, which brought together 1,000+ attendees and 59 speakers from 25 countries in 2025, and she co-organised and moderated the AI agents panel at PM2 Conference 2026. She holds dual Executive MBAs from the University of York and the University of Strasbourg, and delivers in six languages: Macedonian, English, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian and Bulgarian.
