After years as a Change & Project Manager helping C-suite leaders deliver organizational transformation across hospitality and telecommunications, Sharona made the leap to launch her own agency, one aligned with her passion for diversity and innovation in technology. As Co-Founder of Women of AI, she brings expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic program delivery to build a community that empowers women shaping the future of AI. Sharona's background in leading complex change initiatives and coordinating cross-functional projects translates directly into her work at Women of AI. She understands how to move organizations and communities from vision to reality, creating the frameworks and momentum needed for meaningful impact. Sharona is committed to fostering a community that celebrates and amplifies the contributions of women driving innovation in AI, believing that diverse perspectives are essential to building technology that serves everyone. Alongside her role at Women of AI, Sharona works closely with Heather Murray at AI For Non-Techies (AIFNT), managing speaker bookings and training programs.
