After years as a Change & Project Manager helping C-suite leaders deliver organizational transformation across hospitality and telecommunications, Sharona made the leap to launch her own agency, one aligned with her passion for diversity and innovation in technology. As Co-Founder of Women of AI, she brings expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic program delivery to build a community that empowers women shaping the future of AI. Sharona's background in leading complex change initiatives and coordinating cross-functional projects translates directly into her work at Women of AI. She understands how to move organizations and communities from vision to reality, creating the frameworks and momentum needed for meaningful impact.
