Steph Wright is a recognised leader in ethical, inclusive, and responsible AI, known for shaping and delivering Scotland’s first national AI strategy. She received the 2024 DataIQ Data & AI for Good Champion award and has been listed among the 100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics, Top 10 Women in Tech Scotland, and the 2025 Digital Leaders AI 100 UK. With over nine years of experience in data, AI, academia, and the third sector, she has led national programmes and served on multiple advisory boards and expert panels.
