AI for Everyone: From Diplomacy to Tech Founder

Aydan Aliyeva is an AI product leader, serial startup founder and women’s inclusion advocate who pivoted from a career in diplomacy and government into AI product strategy. She leads AI product management across four startups at Wheels and Wings Lab in Berlin, is a researcher at the University of Potsdam’s Institute of Informatics, and founded AIWA Community — the first AI community for women in Azerbaijan. Fluent in six languages, Aydan speaks on making AI accessible beyond the tech industry, non-traditional routes into product leadership, and mentoring women into AI careers across Europe and Central Asia.
