AI Governance & EU AI Act Compliance Leader

Oriana Medlicott is a leader in AI governance and responsible AI implementation, currently overseeing these initiatives at Admiral Group. She chairs the AI Governance Working Group and ensures EU AI Act compliance for European businesses valued at over €800 million. With nearly a decade of experience in ethical AI, she developed the first remote AI ethics course for Nottingham Trent University and co-hosts the Let’s Chat Ethics podcast. As Strategic Partnerships Lead at Diverse AI and a London and Partners Open Innovation Fellow, Oriana provides both strategic and practical expertise to key governance discussions.
