Leading with Courage: Brave, Not Perfect

Ziba Alizadeh is President of Payvand Solutions Group, an accomplished executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in staffing, consulting, and workforce strategy across professional services, healthcare, and technology sectors. Named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ 40 Under 40, she draws on her personal journey as an immigrant and her philosophy of leading with courage in keynotes built around signature frameworks including “The Power of Words,” “Dare, Dream, Do,” and “Courage Over Perfection.” Her talk “Brave, Not Perfect” makes the case that AI can automate the mechanics of recruiting, but not the trust, judgement, and hard conversations that actually close deals — the distinctly human edge that keeps recruiters relevant. She also hosts The Z Pod, a podcast spotlighting courage, resilience, and innovation across industries.
